How to use Crop PDF

- 2Choose the area to keepDrag across the page to draw it, or press Trim 5, 10 or 20 mm margins. The new page size is shown in millimetres underneath.
- 3Pick the pagesLeave Pages empty to crop the whole document, or type a range such as 2-5 to crop only those pages.
- 4Crop and downloadEvery chosen page is cropped in the same proportions, and the cropped PDF downloads.

Frequently asked questions
How do I crop a PDF?
Upload it, drag across the preview to mark the part of the page you want to keep, and press Crop PDF. To remove white borders instead, press one of the Trim margin buttons. The same crop is applied to every page unless you enter a page range.
Is the cropped content deleted?
No. Cropping changes the visible page area, so what is outside is hidden in every PDF reader and when printing, but it is still in the file. For anything confidential, use Redact PDF, which removes the content underneath.
Can I crop pages to different sizes?
One crop is applied per run. To crop different pages differently, crop the first set with a page range, download, then upload that file and crop the next set.
Does cropping reduce quality?
No. The pages are not re-rendered, so text stays selectable and images keep their full resolution.
