  • Apply only to genuine job postings; report suspicious activity.

For Employers:

  • Post accurate, non-discriminatory job listings compliant with labor laws.

  • Do not misuse candidate data (e.g., spamming, reselling resumes).

  • Verify job availability; fraudulent posts will lead to account termination.

4. Employer Paid Plans

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

  • Automatic renewals may apply; cancel before the billing cycle to avoid charges.

  • Worksathi.com reserves the right to modify pricing with prior notice.

5. Privacy & Data Security

  • Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy.

  • We implement security measures but cannot guarantee 100% data safety. Users share information at their own risk.

6. Prohibited Activities

Users must NOT:

  • Post fake jobs/resumes, harass others, or violate intellectual property rights.

  • Use scrapers/bots to extract data from the Platform.
