Effective
The fastest way to reach the WorkSathi team is by email. We read everything that arrives, and aim to reply within two working days.
Please include the tool you were using and what you expected to happen. If a file failed, telling us its page count and roughly how it was produced - a phone scan, an export from Word - helps far more than the file itself, which we would rather you did not send.
Reporting a problem with a result
These get priority. A tool that quietly produces a wrong result is worse than one that fails loudly, so if something looked right but was not, we want to hear about it.
Privacy requests
Send data access, correction or deletion requests to worksathitools@gmail.com with "Privacy" in the subject line. Note that uploaded files are deleted automatically within an hour, so in most cases there is nothing left to act on.
Copyright and legal notices
Copyright complaints and other legal notices can be sent to worksathitools@gmail.com with "Legal" in the subject line. Include the material concerned and the basis of your claim.
Advertising and partnerships
Advertising, sponsorship and partnership enquiries also go to worksathitools@gmail.com.
