It all started on an urgent application deadline day. I was unwell, running a fever, but I had no choice. My village had no cyber café, so I had to travel 20 kilometers to the nearest town just to submit my form.

When I finally reached the local cyber café, exhausted and sick, I was greeted with cold disrespect. The café operator abruptly told me, "Sit in the corner, we will fill your form in an hour or two." But as I sat waiting, I watched operator friends and personal contacts walk in and get their forms submitted immediately, while genuine candidates were made to wait for hours.

With my IT background, I stood there feeling both angry and deeply disturbed. I realized this wasn't just my story — millions of students, parents, and schools in rural and tier-2/3 cities in Uttar Pradesh face the exact same disrespect, high fees, and rejection risks every single year for their critical scholarship and entrance forms.

Determined to solve this problem, I started helping students directly. At first, candidates sent me their documents over WhatsApp, and I filled their forms from home so they wouldn't have to travel 20 km or tolerate cyber café rudeness.

However, as candidate volume grew, WhatsApp created new chaotic challenges: marksheets got lost in long chat threads, document quality degraded due to compression, student data was hard to manage securely, and candidates had no way to track their application status in real-time.

That is when the true vision became crystal clear: Uttar Pradesh didn't need another cyber café. It needed a dedicated, software-powered application processing desk.
