About WorkSathi

Why this exists

Most people meet PDFs at the worst possible moment: an exam portal that refuses anything over 100KB, a job application that wants one merged file, a form that will only accept A4. The existing options tend to want an account, add a watermark, or cap you at two files a day.

Every tool here works without an account, adds no watermark, and has no daily limit. There is no paid tier holding features back.

How your files are handled

Files are uploaded over an encrypted connection, processed on our server, and deleted automatically within one hour. We do not read them, store them long term, or share them. There is no account, so nothing is tied to an identity.

We say "processed on our server" rather than "100% in your browser" because that is what actually happens. Some tools genuinely do run in the browser - the passport photo resizer is one - and the rest need server-side processing to work reliably on large documents.

What we do not claim

• We do not perform OCR. Scanned documents are cleaned up and converted, but the text is not turned into searchable text.
• We cannot open a password protected PDF without its password, and we will not pretend otherwise.
• We do not collect reviews, so you will not find invented star ratings on these pages.

How the site is funded

The tools are free to use. Running costs are covered by advertising displayed alongside the content. Ads never require you to view them before using a tool, and they do not gate any feature.
